What do you reflect on of Sears?

I bought a washer and dryer. They took my money without have the product. Then they changed the delivery date FIVE times. Then they come to install it, and didn't bring the equipment I PAID for in directive for them to install it. The washer and dryer sit there, UNINSTALLED.

What would you do?
What are your experiences near Sears?


Answers:    They are a bit shoddy, even though their tools are the best. We ordered a refrigerator from them, they set up a delivery for a Saturday morning. No show. Lots of phone call to their delivery service lone brought rude replies and some lies. They finally delivered on a Monday, but we have taken food out of old one, as told to do, so have to find ice chests to store food contained by. I go near price, so I still would go to them for aspect and more inexpensive purchases, but would complain to them and Better Business Bureau when things are not OK. Sadly, other stores have be just as bleak; I think stores don't supervision about the consumer once a purchase is made.

i saw the exact same clothing next to the same co. and cloth at walmart 10 bucks cheaper.
First decide what you want from them. What would product the inconvenience worth it, or what would make it up to you? I've never have a problem with Sears, but I've have a problem with a mattress I bought from Macy's and I only just called customer service and when I didn't capture satisfaction from someone, I only just asked to speak to their supervisor. After I spoke to a few people, I finally get this guy in the corporate department and he had the store nick back the mattress and agree to me pick out whatever mattress I looked-for, regardless of price. You need to emergency to speak to the highest supervisor you can and they'll produce good on the inconvenience. It's a significant corporation. They will do it. You just requirement to be assertive. Just look on your bill or call the store and ask for customer service. Explain the situation and narrate them what you want them to do. If you are not satisfied next to their response, ask to speak to that person's direct supervisor. You have to work your path up the chain of command. It may hold time and a few phone calls, but you entail to be firm. In our situation we were amazingly dissatisfied with a mattress we purchased. And it be somewhat damaged when it arrived. The guy from the corporate organization was really accomodating. We done up getting a much better mattress for the price of the one we returned. I'd rather settlement with colossal corporations for this reason. They can afford to be more unstinting when it comes to returns and customer satisfaction. You may even want to write a communication to them about your experience.
i would without doubt demand a full settlement. they can pick their sh!t up asap. i'm sure you can find a different company that will be a PLEASURE to do business with.
