What's the best way to remove wallpaper?
Answers:
Use a wallpaper scarifier and a steamer - I find that works best but watch for water running down the wall onto electrical points.
I have also used a stripper 'gel' which worked well although the paper also needed scarifying first.
Be careful not to scrape to aggressively as you will just give yourself work filling the walls - if it doesn't come off easy then keep with the steam.
Enjoy and work safe.

Hot water. It loosens the paste and you can just peel the strips of paper off the wall.

we tried everything with minimal success until we bought sherwin-williams brand wallpaper stripper concentrate. That stuff took off five layers of wallpaper in big, easy sheets.
Go to Lowe's or Home Depot and buy the wallpaper concentrate...it is a blue gel that you spray on the wallpaper. Wait about 5-10 minutes and peel it off. A utility knife scraper also helps.
Wagner steamer from supply stores, Lowes and so on. Iron that blows steam, wrinkle remover that blows steam. Spray water through a spray bottle but dont use to much. If you can change your mine do so because if the wall is not prep right with wall paper primer there will be damage taking it off and could cause sheet rock damage. Than you have to do sheet rock work. Plus sheet rock men never prep the wall good enough becuase they know the wallpaper will hide detations and the painter sometimes does not use the right product on the wall to prime if the wall paper man does not complain.
