In the UK the biggest non-custom size you can get is SUPER-KING! (please note this must always be typed in capitals to ge tthe proper impact).
I have one, from ikea, because my hubby is very tall and like to sleep as stretched out as possible leaving me a space the size of a postage stamp to sleep in when in a normal bed. It takes a bit of getting used to though, when we first got it it was like sleeping on a bed the size of Wales!

any amount of money can buy you anything. if you're willing to pay, you can have any size made. but the largest size i've heard of that is made for show rooms is the California king. it's larger than a regular king but i'm not sure by how much.
