Answers:    Yes, and it actually looks really nice. It would offer your room a nice feeling. Since you enjoy two darks colors, I would go beside white trim and/or accents. The white would abet to lighten things up and bestow your room somewhat of a "crisp" feeling.

Honestly, you should progress with what you similar to best and what feels the most comfortable for you. Whatever you pick, will flow beside what you already have....because it's adjectives in your morsel.

The furniture and pane treatments will be lost against a chocolate color. I would choose more of a cafe au lait color.
Accent with cream, taupe or even a splash of teal or ginger if you're feeling adventurous.
