How do I make over the Chi surrounded by my adjectives organization?

I'm changing office this week due to a promotion. It has be told that everyone who has ever be put in that department has be let turn.... some after a few years and others months to 1 year. I want to change the vibe or the Chi surrounded by their to try and avoid the trend. I heard a mini hose fountain can help? Is that true? Help.

Be sure and place your desk facing the door and add on some live items like plants or a small hose fountain. Your desk facing the door means you will be surrounded by control of what happens within your office and you can other see who enters the room. If here is bright western sun add something to verbs the effect of the strong sun like a blind you can somewhat close, some sheer curtains or some crystals to disperse the light.
