I think you can contact bath fitters. I believe they do this.

Yep, they sell paint for that. Go to Lowe's and ask.

no it put in in the process of making the tuds or sinks
Yes. My dad used to do that for a living. It's called reglazing and will make them look good as new (or better) Try your local yellow pages.
i know that you can get refurbush tubs and sinks now toilets i don't know but you can call a refurbush mgf. and they can tell you
What material is the sink made of? There are numerous products available from you local home center. You can get epoxy paints, porcelain repair and refinishing kits, ect. As for that color; good luck, it may take two different processes to do the job.
I am guessing they are ceramic becasue you said cracked. Chipped would be a different answer altogether.
If they are ceramic then tey can be painted, preferable by a professional. The ceramic would have to be etched to hold the paint to it, and eventually the pain would chip anyway. Depending on your use, a good professional job could last some years before the paint started to chip away.
Of course white tends to go with everything. My bath fixtures are a pretty obnoxious blue, and a previous owner had the tub surround done in white tile with a few blue ones randomly thrown in to ease the blue pain.
Starting out the tub is made of cast iron. It's shaped by molds. In the casting of the ceramic mix the color is mixed in with it. It's poured into the tub mold and then dries. The mold is then removed and a clear coating (Glaze) is applied. The tub is put into a oven to finish with a process called, "Firing". It hardens the glaze to the finish you see. The coating is so thin and if you hit it right it will chip. It also does eventually wear down, too. Repairing it helps with ceramic repair kits, but it kind of looks tacky. I don't even bother.
As someone said, its called reglazing. A tub will cost you between $250-350 to reglaze if done professionally. I wouldn't do it any other way. Most Home Owners will not properly prepare the surface which results in failure of the new coating. Let a professional do this one. They should be able to give you at least a 1 year warranty.

They can also do sinks and tile around your tub. Of course this adds to the cost. I am a painting contractor, and I wouldn't suggest painting tiles yourself unless you are diligent in PROPERLY prepping the surface. This gets a little tricky and can lead to disaster if not done correctly.
