Answers:
You should have same 3 colors throughout whole house or apartment. Pick one as your primary color for one room, & the other two as secondary colors. Then in another room, make one of the secondary colors your primary color, and the last two yur secondary colors. The whole decorating color "thing" should "flow", and be easy on the eye.The colors should compliment each other., not compete with each other.

blue
hospital while... and very eerily empty... haha
I have purple as the main color and an ugly pink color for the trim. I do NOT suggest pink.
lavender w/white trim........purple iris flower trim at top
oak floor, light yellowish walls.
Cream - my entire house is. Never got around to painting it after I moved in :) Whatever colours you choose, make sure they're conducive to rest and relaxation, not wild and/or crazy.
Mine's pink... It gets really boring after a while! Make sure it's a colour (colours) that you like and that they'll go with your room whatever season it is (like, not too dark or too summery).
i have pink and purple some mcute colors for your walls are baby blue light purple hott pink yellow or orange i dont think dark colors are very cute!!
Purple and some blue.
kinda dark hot pink with white around the windows...looks very pretty
Are you talking about the bedroom or sitting room. My bedroom is purple and sitting room is velvet plum with creme really nice. Red and eggshell looks real nice and warm too. Goodluck, make sure to put a colour on the wall that you like though.
sorta a light blue
If you mean the bedroom, mine is cobalt blue from chair height up including ceiling, with a medallion in brushed nickel in middle of ceiling around light/fan fixture. From the chair rail down it is brushed nickel tin ceiling tiles seperated by wood trim, with wood baseboard and chair rail. But then I love BOLD colours, to most this would NOT be restful. The main room on the other hand is clear stained pine boards from floor to ceiling.
quite white.... with nothing on the walls... I NEED TO PAINT IT REALLY BAD!
my walls are white but i have posters and flags and things to hang on the wall
white and red
dark red...so hot!;)
If you like "beach colors" I would suggest a pale bluish green for the walls with white trim. Restoration Hardware has a beautiful color called "Silver Sage" which they use in their stores on the walls. Although you won't normally think of this type of a color as a "neutral" it goes with just about every color you can think of just beautifully so you could use accents of peach or tan and this would be just a great look.

You might find it fun to play the Color Sense Game. This is a free self-evaluation tool offered by Pittsburgh Paint that walks you through a quick series of questions to arrive at a paint color palette based on your personality traits and preferences for tastes, smells, touches and sights. It only takes a few minutes and the results may be just the inspiration you need to try a new color that you hadn't immediately thought of.
