I have a 4 foot by 3foot mirror. Will 11/32 inch plywood be strong enough to hold it vertically?

I used liquid nails mirror adhesive. Will two strong brackets and a 100 pound strength wire be able to fasten the mirror/plywood to the wall?

I would not use wire, though. I would use wall anchors and mirror clips.
