Is clay tile a perfect choice for a kitchen floor?
Answers: I have ceramic tiles on my kitchen floor and despised them. for many reason.
The children were other slipping on them.
I dropped a tin of beans and the tile cracked.
Cold to stand on especially in the mornings.
The dog would come surrounded by from the garden and slide across the floor.
However they look lovely and are really easy to keep hold of clean but given the choice I would never enjoy them again.

My husband owns his own flooring business.....he insist we dally until our boys are of the age 8+ before we put earthen in.....i can't continue until that day comes lol...they are a short time ago 2 and 4. But he has a apt point. So definitely if your kids are elder, but if they are smaller i would wait a few years.

i love the channel ceramic tile looks surrounded by kitchens but as far as safety is your kid is amazingly accident prone i right to be heard wood is better or just supervise the child while surrounded by the kitchen! um...you could always put rugs down too!!
