Cheap prom decorations?

Help! Really need to find out how to catch a catalog of very inexpensive prom decorations!

Answers: blow up condoms as balloons- practical too.. you'll be suprised how heaps are cleaned up by nights cessation..

You should figure out your 'theme'....or even 'possible' theme and then ask on here.
You would be surprised at how plentiful ideas you would return with from the creative people on this catagory.
Many of us are crafters from style way hindmost and could tell you household items that you could use to fashion decorations much cheaper than you could find in any catalog.
