Remodeling an repairing How do you verbs out the pan/stand past its sell-by date the shower floor?

We had to verbs out the shower walls due to finding mold...Thank God it was singular one wall..We pulled out all three walls but do not know how to verbs the bottom piece/pan you stand on when taking a shower off... Any suggestions???
