I wached on HGTV an episode where they covered a room's wall beside small ripped pieces of paper, these be glued on to the wall. The wall be then painted and the composition gave the wall an awesome texture. However! i missed the details going on for the type of paper used..the type of cement and paint used.
I have tried to find this everywhere even on their website but no luck.. if someone know where to find or know details about this it would be greatly appreciated ..my walls requirement the help..
Answers: I presume I saw this episode or one similar to it; I think they used brown craft dissertation which got crinkly (if that's even a word) when soaked near the wall paper join. Hope this helps!
