Double bed and sofa bed (140cm)?
in france, beside tiled floors, is it hugely cold for the feet during winter??? what can i do going on for it?? will a fireplace warm the entire apartment?? or lately the living room?
Answers: The furniture you are talking around should be OK. Seems like you own enough space. To be sure you'd have need of to check the exact dimensions (length, width) of the room and each piece of furniture.
In Paris, within winter, it never gets impressively cold, and only at hours of darkness. The buildings & apartments are usually heated with radiators. My apartment is fundamentally warm, and the little tile I enjoy is not cold at all.
If you are still worried almost this, you could wear thick socks to bed to waddle on the tile, or have a two of a kind of house slippers nearby.
