You can buy all kinds of oils to add to the potpourri to refresh it. They come with little droppers, as you only need to add a few drops to a bowl of potpourri. Look on Ebay, or in a country type store.

You could buy a bottle of essential oil, and sprinkle some on the potpourri, but it would make as much sense to just buy new potpourri. It's probably cheaper than the oil.
Just add more essential/potpurri oil. Potpurri oils can be bought in Watson's.
put them all in warm water. keep the pot pouri for for 2-4 min in it. take them out on newzpaper n dry it at normal temperature at home. sprinkle some essential oil n put them into ur container or bowl..wutever u put them into , wzout waiting any longer.
Put the bag in the microwave for a minute. Of course not if it's in a metal container, then empty and put in dish before you put it in the microwave.
Seriously. gather all the similar potpourri into one plastic disposable container, sprinkle with a few drops of water, do not soak it. Toss it like a salad, turning it over to get water all through and microwave it for 30-45 seconds, turn it and nuke iot again. You are essentially wiping off the dust and re-humidifying it.
Throw away the container, it should smell to high heavens and be good for nothing else.
