(Since this is a bedroom, I'm assuming that the room itself is not very large and the ceilings are very high at their highest point).
It depends on your personal style and also on the type of home.
For instance - most rooms with a high, sharp vault are in old homes (75-100 years in my area anyway). In this case, what I would do if it were my room, would be to add mouldings to accentuate the architecture of the room.
However, if this is not the case, I think I would still add mouldings if possible at about the 8' height - paint above that one colour, lighter - and below that another colour, darker. It will give you the illusion that the 'ceiling' is lower than it actually is and therefore the room will look larger.
If you have a window at the end of your peak wall, you could do air-y matching curtains - go light on the pattern if at all - along the peak - fasten them along the angle. That looks nice.
I wouldn't worry too much about actually decorating the vault, wreaths or art - it will only make your room look smaller.
