What is the most durable flooring to get for a high traffic kitchen. Must hold up to boys and dogs.?
Answers:
Concrete, finished well and sealed such as one might find in a warehouse or large home store. NO that wasn't meant as a joke.

Most durable floor is laminate flooring. I've got it in my house and it's lasted for 6 years, no scratches and i've got 2 dogs!
Quarry Tile, that's what is used in all commercial kitchens.
Ceramic tile - Kits with simple instructions are available for "do-it yourselfers."
Your best bet would be ceramic tiles. They can take a bitten and keep on ticking. Check out this guide for more tips:www.hurstflooring.comdura_ston... We used this in the home where we use to live and loved it, we have two great danes and two dachshunds and it held up really well and was easy to maintain. for some reason I cant get the last e in stone before the htm. good luck this is a good flooring with a good guarantee.
