My Landlord recently asked me to fix up the neighbors apartment after they moved out and totally trashed it. It needs to be painted and scrub ..and the floors are a mess(tile), I also have to patch 3 fist holes contained by the wall. I have already purchased 2 gallons of paint, and filler to overrun the holes...What would be a resonable amount to charge them for me to do this?..or how much would a professional charge if that was the means of access they went?
Answers: multiply how much you spend and the time you spend....
maybe 15/hour for labor....
after you multiply everything, just tolerate the landlord know, but keep contained by mind, he will probably let you square it out on rents....it's better that route, when there isn't any out of pocket brass involve.
Maybe you could stay a year free at your apartment. Lol!
