How much does it cost to put a new indoor staircase in a home?

Has anyone removed an old staircase and replaced it with a new one? How much did it cost?

Answers:
It depends on the size, but I am guessing if it's the type that you see when you walk in the door and see until you get to the turn on the landing you are talking about 15,000.00 if you get a nice one. That is a WILD guess without knowing the length, width, etc. I do know they are very expensive.
