How can i find studs on the wall?
Answers: by using a stud finder, which is nothing more than a magnet inside a bag. the magnet detects nails contained by the stud . measure more or less 16 inches from a corner and tap delicately with a sledge hammer...studs are normally placed 16 on center, sometime though they are spaced at 24 inches.
When you knock on the wall and it's hollow sounding there's no stud.. but when you hear a more full nouns (sorry hard to describe).. consequently there's a stud there.. usually a foot apart anyway.. hope that help.. or a stud finder from Home Depot! lol
