Try hanging a bathroom cabinet on plasterboard but beside ceramic tiles within front. The special plasterboard wall-plugs aren't long enough due to the tile solidity. Will ordinary wall plugs do? Bearing within mind that the back of the plasterboard is hollow. Thank you within advance for any counsel!
Answers: have done this frequent times as a builder ..drill the hole and knock the plug through with a screw until it is simply to the back of the tiles ..later tighten ..if you have to use a longer screw as here is plenty of room at the back
You may want to use something approaching mollyscrews that open up once they are thru the wall.
