Where can I buy window shades that open from the top down?

My bedrooms face the front street, and i would like to have shades that open from the ceiling down not the ground up. The windows are approx. 6 feet in height and I would not like to expose whole rooms to the street.

Answers:
The top down/bottom up feature is available on many different types of products: cellular (aka honeycomb) shades, roman shades, woven wood natural shades and pleated shades. The most popular product sold nationwide is cellular shades. They are great for heat control (and cold too), sound absorbtion, 99% UV protection, glare control, privacy and they are durable! That's why so many people purchase them. Not many negatives.

Just turn regular ones upside down and try that. I don't blame you.

Try Home Depot. They have anything house-related that you could imagine. Good luck!
I want those myself and after looking everywhere, finally decided to make them. I went to HGTV. com and went to Curtains and Shades and after quite a bit of searching there found out how. Pretty simple really. Just found this:

My mother-in-law bought them from Lowes. You have to custom order it but they're reasonably priced.
