I know I have seen spiderman decro stuff at both wal-mart and k-mart.
Otherwise, if it is made, then it is on e-bay. Often its not any cheaper on e-bay, but its easy to find.

or if you are on a budget you can always DIY!
Find ideas from your child's coloring books,etc. and then copy them off. And you can either do one of two things. Buy the paste to paste them on the wall or do what I've done. I used double stick tape and placed it on the back of some wall paper border. In your case make sure you apply this up out reach of the little hands. It's a temporary fix to a decorating dilemma.
As for the toilet seat: Find one that's plain white,hard design and then make a copy of (whatever you intend on using as decor)picture and then decoupage it to the toilet seat.
If you know how to sew,or perhaps no someone who does you make a cover for the back of the seat and possibly a toilet seat cover. You can usually find material at your local fabric department store.
Here's another idea: If you can purchase by renting or buying a projector. You can use this to copy off the design of your liking by placing the picture underneath and having it showing up on the wall and then tracing that design in pencil and then go back and basically paint w/ in the lines. Kind of like a mural. And definitely like when you were in kindergarten and coloring in your coloring book. You can buy the acrylic paints at most places that sells craft supplies.
