It would look like a little castle. And, it would have AC because we get temps over 100 in the late summer. Since she already sleeps on a gold wrought iron bed with a jacquard comforter, I'm thinking she would love velvet pooling drapes at the window, satin pillows, fine china bowls and of course a sterling silver nameplate at the front door. Now thinking of the floor treatment, an aubusson hand-carved rug with a lovely floral motif in either hand threaded silk or tibetan wool would provide her the luxury comfort on foot (paw) she deserves!
Guess I should get a dog house first. My guess is that I would have one made with a copper roof and a weathervien. It would be made from logs, with hardwood floors, triple pane windows that tint, open on demand and have the blinds inside one of the panes. Each window would have a pretty flower box (painted green) with flowers in them and Shudders (also painted green). Next to the house there would be a garage where his pickup truck is (they like to sit in the back and feel the wind in their nose). The garage would be detached with the same style of the house - copper roof, log walls and green shutters with flower boxes. To connect the two there would be a breezeway - for those rainy days, don't want poochie to get wet. Now, in the back yard there would be a pond complete with ducks, moving car tires and self propelling sticks that randomly toss out into the yard. The front yard would be a giant sandbox so he could roll and dig to his heart content and be the envy of all the other dogs on the block. Oh, and it would have cable. :)
First I'd have to worry about a house before I could worry about getting a dog house, much less pimping it out.
My dog lives too well in this house to venture out on her own. But if she is willing to let them pimp my bedroom, I'd be willing to let her sleep on the bed. I just really want a new mattress.
