Looking for the name of a certain flooring material that is some kind of cement........? ? ?for my basement?

Seen it used on one of the home improvement shows in a kitchen. Looks cool and won't be damaged if my basement leaks.

Answers:
What your looking for is dura-rock or a new product called hardi-backer.
Both are available at home depot or your local lUMBER yard.
They generally come in 3'x5' sheets and 1/2" thick.
They are cement based products that are impervious to water especially the hardi-backer.
Both are designed as a backer for ceramic tile, but I suppose you could use as a regular basement floor.
Remember to get the correct fasteners or glue to attach it to existing floor.
GOOD LUCK!
