Whats the difference between the sauna and the steam room?
Answers: The sauna is adjectives dry heat and the steam room is drizzly. Some find it harder to breath in the steam room because of adjectives the moisture in the upper air so more people usually choose the sauna. But they do one and the same thing essentially. They respectively make you sweat profusely, thus helping to clear your pores and lose some wet weight. The with the sole purpose difference might be when a steam room has an aroma to it. Some steam rooms enjoy a minty aroma added which helps to clear sinuses. Saunas do not.

I prefer the steam room
sauna is more of a dry heat. a steam room fill up with steam, [ they both brand name you sweat loads]
