Does anyone have Pergo flooring in the kitchen?.?

How long will it last before the top coating wears off in high traffic areas and did you wish you had tiled it instead?

Answers:
We had it in a house we were renting. Except for the slip factor( any moisture on it at all and down you went if not extremely careful) it was easy to maintain. It had been in the house about 2 years and was still like new when we left.

Hi, 3 years so far and it looks good still, but be careful with water it can warp it if it isn't dried up right away!

I originally wanted Pergo in my kitchen and my contractor talked me out of it. He said for kitchen traffic, go hard wood or ceramic.

I went ceramic and I am so happy with it.
