We used a UGL waterproofing concrete paint on our house foundation and want to stucco over the cement blocks now. What procedure should I use to ensure a angelic stucco bond to the cement blocks? Do I need to capture all of the antiquated paint off, or freshly the loose stuff?
Answers: Get the loose stuff off....... Then within is actually a stucco sticky stuff that you can roll on to the block like you would paint.
