I have water leaking out of my radiator out of the bullet shaped valve. What should I do?

Answers:
Tighten the valve first. You can get a key for it at a hardware store for about a buck.
If that doesn't work, it probably needs to be replaced. The part costs about 2 bucks, who knows what someone will charge you to replace it. The system has to be drained down below where the valve is. Hopefully it's not a shared system with a bunch of other units.
