any ideas?

Answers:
do two of the walls in the color you want...and two of the walls in the color she wants! it will look cool

Other answers:
Paint it half and half, or paint the walls your color and the trim he color, or vice verse. But if you still can't agree you can always go with the great white walls.

Do the colors look ok togather? Do your half your color and her half her color. Then you can further divide the room by haning a curtain in the center. Without seeing the room I cant really help much but think about that. It could work.
Pick a color with together, if no conclusion can be met, then pick separate colors you like, make sure they match.
that way you both can be Happy.
u should go through a book of colors like from home depot and see if u like any of those colors if that dosent work then you two can always paint half and half make half of your room the color u what and the other half the color that your sister whats thats how me and my sister did it
HALF AND HALF
Paint the entire room white and buy a set of colored markers for each of you to draw on your own side.
go with badfish911.
Try "shocking green" similar to the one used in HomeABC.net ...
Wallpaper!
well girls usually go with extremes, these are super cheerful and moody. the cheerful colors you could choose are: golden yellow which is so pretty, green like try lime green because its the easiest color on eyes, and royal blue! the moody and soft colors are: baby blue, purple, and almost every girls favorite color....PINK! ( i personally like blue but my room is painted yellow )
Since all the colors you are choosing are very strong colors try leaving your walls white and adding large blocks of color. If you do color blocks you could even use all three. They also make cool places to hang pictures, it looks like a frame within a frame. Good Luck!
do two colors
Pick out about four to six colors that you both like so you have a total of eight to 12 colors. Then have your sister pick up to six colors from your choices and you pick six colors from her choices. Keep doing this until you are down to the final two. If you can't make a decision when you are at the final two, you can always either have your parents decide on the final color or flip a coin to see who wins. One cool thing about looking at someone else's color choices for awhile is that they will "grow" on you and you or your sister may change your mind as to what color you really like and are willing to compromise on. If the choices that you both like are in the same color family, I'm sure that you will be able to settle on a color together by going softer or darker to meet in the middle.

One more idea is that you get to choose the primary color and she gets to choose the accent color or vice versa. It can be quite fun to mix and match. Watch some of the HGTV programs for ideas on how to compromise and work together so the both of you are happy with the outcome.

Best,

since those colors are fairly bold, paint the walls a neutral color and paint stripes of varying widths in the hot pink, lime green, and navy blue
My sisters went through this and I suggested splashing or spotting. The two of you pick your colors and a brush for each and just dip and fling. It is creative and then you don't have to paint the whole room. You will have fun and save a little money in the process!!
Your half and will not work them colors hot pink, lime or blue come on be for-real. Tell you what go to a local paint store and look at a fan-dex of paint clips a decorator will be there.

To help you at no cost just to be able to sale you some paint and you both leave happy:~)

With two macthing colors or just one you agree on.

At any rate i wish you both the best.*
Those 3 colors are a great combination! Go 4 it!
Stripe it!
Box it!
Sponge it!
Geometric Shapes with Navy background!
Circles, etc!
One could pick the wall colours and the other could pick the accent colours.
