Are sunrooms worth the money?
Answers: We built our house and added a sunroom to the plans. We have a outlook of the woods and a creek. It was conspicuously worth the extra we paid. We own a small table in it for dining, and a significant chair and couch, along near plenty of plants.
I think it depends on what your estimation will be. If it is other houses, or someone else's back courtyard, you may not want one. If you have a private vision, then incorporate one. Shop around. yes. My view is fabulous. I enjoy a small table at one end and a rush set at another, with a small tv. Right in a minute my niece is reading a book in it. I hold the ceiling painted like clouds and a mural on one wall. It help in the winter by insulating us against cold wind. In the winter if I have a delegation and have no refridgerator space left- I set things on the table on the porch.
Absolutely!!!! worth the money. As long as your belief is desirable, and not a peeping tom's dream, it provides so many benefits. Your plants, your pets, and your psyche will welcome a tranquil respite in your home. Even contained by the middle of a thunderstorm, the view is great. I hold "roll out windows" on two opposite sides, beside built in screen, and they provide a cross-breeze on moderate temp days, and also air the undamaged house out nicely.
