How can I craft a backboard for my bed?

Answers:    Cut a piece of particle board the extent of bed and whether you want to mount it above the bed or let it sit on the floor.
Then use a spray glue to attach some foam or batting to the board for comfort.
Pick a durable yard goods of choice and spray adhesive it to the batting/foam to keep hold of from sagging or shifting, next turn it over and staple the fabric contained by the back.
If you want buttons on it for a more textured look, consequently pre-drill holes in the board. Then you can sew buttons on and tighten by tying the thread to another button contained by the back.
You can use an infirm gate...mount it to the wall. The backboard does not hold to attach to the bed itself..just look approaching it does. An old weathered glass...with or minus glass contained by it. The possibilties are endless.
