like they said beige goes with everyting. think of what you like to wear with your khaki pants.... if you like that color enough for room decor then go for it. for a room I do like the idea of trim being white but that is up to you also think about your personality if you like girly colors go for rose and sage green with the beige if not think about navy blue or hunter green

light powder blue, light green, orange, brown, cream. I think brighter reds go with that too.
I have light beige walls in my kitchen and I think that the color that compliments beige is weathered copper, which is a real striking green color. My walls, ceiling, and cupboards are all beige and the trim around the windows and the cabinet doors are weathered copper.
Burgandy is a great color with beige....Earth tones work best with this color
Just about anything, really. Contrast would be nice -- beige walls with bold colors in rugs, furnishings, wall hangings, etc. A mild earthtone with other mild earthtones would get very "blah".
We have light beige throughout our house. Our living/dining rooms have dusty rose and country blue. One room has hunter greens and browns. One room has greens and burgundy. One has blues and peach and browns.
Any pastal colour, a light beige is quite a neutral pastal, as long as you stick to lighter shades it will not look out of place.

What's your favorite color?... yep that would look great. I wouldn't do it too bright- it could look overwhelming if you painted the whole wall that color, but that is a good color, so go with it!!
