We are thinking of having a extension. Many garages contained by the UK are too small for modern cars, let alone feeeling comfortable to achieve in and out of them once parked. We will probably stick to parking the cars contained by the 2 off road places that still exist, but own to maintain 4 spaces contained by total due to building regs. I think 14 foot by 14 would gather round the planning minimum, but you may as well try to manufacture it a size that is practical, otherwise it may be a problem when you come to go!

My in-laws just built a garage, and it be 20 x 24. You can also make them 20 x 20 or 24 x 24 depending on how much extra space you want. Judging by what you are motto, I don't think that the 14 x 14 would be big ample to house to cars
