Just make sure you don't have a first timer. Need to watch the mating areas. You typically want a horizontal flow across a room. It will mate up better with different types of flooring. Also, make sure you get what you have paid for before installing (1/2'' verses 3/4"). Look for spread of pattern. You don't want all short pieces at one side.
