If you contact me i'll give you advices.

Find a tile wholesaler in your area and they can help you. They typically will have what you need. If you had an individual builder, instead of a big construction firm, Home Depot is probably where he got it from.

HOW many pieces are missing?
Maybe you can replace them with designs that complement your bathroom...are they all in ONE place..or spot? It might be dampness underneath the tiles that are making some fall out.
IF they are in sporadic areas then just put in tiles with designs like flowers or something you like...it will look less a mismatch and more like a design...
MAYBE you can carefully remove more from one space and fill in the big patch with those and leave a design to be filled in with something with a design to make it look like it was done on purpose?
I hope you understand what I mean...see MIYO flooring link below
If you have a piece of the tile, look on the back and see if there is a name stamp on it. If not, take it to several local tile dealers (NOT HOME DEPOT, an actual tile store or flooring store, tile stores generally know more) and ask the people if they know who makes it and if they know where to get it. If the name is on the back then look it up in google. If your in the sacramento area let me know and I'll give you the names of 1 place to go, the owner knows everything.
If the house is only 7 years old, then most likely they used a tile from Dal Tile, they're kind of the standard, unless you got an upgrade. If you can find somewhere that sell Dal Tile (again not home depot, an actual tile store) then they can look in the books and see if it is still available and possibly have it in stock.
Have you tried ceramic tile stores? If they don't have them, they might know where you can get replacements or if replacements can be made to match. Check several places to get a comparable price though.
