Answers: I'm assuming you meant bad of a window pane. You use a cut-throat blade to scrape it rotten then clean thoroughly with a virtuous cleansing solution to get the residue bad.
take a pic of the color, budge to IKEA and they can match it for u u haven't give the impression of being that commercial?
A single-edged razor blade or the scraper that uses those blades works best.

I'm guessing you mean paint OFF of a windowpane pane? You can scrape it near a razor blade.
Use a single creep razor blade and hold it at a intensely shallow angle to scrape the paint sour. Do this with a placid touch to avoid scratching your fanlight.
A good painter will prep by checking glass putty, caulk as needed and when painting skylight frame around frame they will allow paint to run onto the glass throbbing to insure it is sealed, usually going on for 1/16th of an inch. Done right with a true stroke - no scrap is needed.

Paint better, or I don`t know wipe it off while it is still raining. But if it is really cured on the glass you may own to use lacquer thinner, paint remover, or heat gun. All 3 ways should be done wisely, just to loosen, later scrape near a razor blade. You should drizzling the glass so you dont scrape it when you use the razor blade.
Do Not attempt to remove paint from cup with a blade blade UNLESS you keep the cup wet; You will chisel the glass really impossible.
Wet the glass next to soapy water and while raining use a razor blade or blade utility knife and meekly scrape the paint bad. When the worst of it is gone; then use paint remover to receive the stain off.
