Answers: The only "real" method would be to paint it, and you WOULD get within trouble with the admin.
I would just tolerate it go. It's not worth the encounter. Ask the apartment if you can paint the walls, but forgo the fight to switch your tile.
My best guess is to cover it up...less work, cheaper and you won't capture in trouble:-))
Why don't you ask the head for permission ... and show him a 'picture' of the untried 'linoleum' time or 'carpet' or whatever. If he say you can't then you can still 'cover' the linoleum you don't resembling ... buy a piece of good 'indoor/outdoor carpeting and only just 'cut it' to fit, but don't 'fasten it down' ... so adjectives you have to do when you move is 'roll it up' clean the floor under it, and clutch it with you when you move.
you can jump to home depot and buy a piece of linoleum tile off of a roll and place it on top on your current tile. I'm not sure if it sticks or not. Trick is you own to have it cut to your floors shape and consequently you have to go and get it in here. When I moved in to my current home, the previous owners have done that in the entry route and I just picked it up and threw it out because it be a horrible color. Now I've replaced it with the sticky tile to be precise sold in pack of ten, it was incredibly easy but after I wouldn't stick anything on an apartment floor because you'll probably get within trouble.:-)

By far the most good enough material for kitchen floors is sheet vinyl; it is credibly easy to install, doesn't own cracks where dampen can get surrounded by, looks decent, and isn't expensive. Vinyl tile can also be slickly installed, but water can enter at the joint. Ceramic tile can be used; you would have to remove the existing flooring and installation specifics can be have at a home supplies store.
I`d check with the apartment examiner first to see if this is acceptable.Some apartment communities hold strict guidelines on altering a apartment interiors.If you get the go-ahead consequently you can put a new division over the first,if you decide on another cut-out of linoleum of your choice!
