I recently installed current plumbing in a fixer-upper that I bought. When the installation be complete everything seem to flow very well except for the sink drainage. The sink drained so slow that I had to lift everything apart in rummage through of the problem. I found it, alright! It was a give attention to mass of rust about a foot down into the drainage pipe. How on land can I get this rust "gunk" out short having to enjoy some plumber come in and rip out my walls and floor? BTW: I remodeled the entire second floor by paw, by myself so it would PAIN me terribly to hold someone "rip" anything out, ugh!

I had a shameful clog and I just used the garden hose. I attached a pressure nozzle, stuck it contained by the hole and turn it on full blast and the clog was gone.
I would start next to a stiff wire beside a hook. I don't think it is if truth be told rust, but could be pieces of Brillo pad, steel wool and other gunk. You can hook and verbs it out, if you can't, then your odds is call the plumber, or try to break it up and dust it down to the 3" pipe where it will verbs down th drain.
