Answers:    If your runner is glued down on the mobile home florr which is probably jot board of some kind using a glue remover is not an option for you would own to use so much remover to penetrate through the runner you would end up next to a smell that would never go away. It would embed itself within your wood underlayment and damage the wood.Carpet surrounded by a mobole home should have be put down with a mat padding and tackstrip. If it be glued down your option are cutting it within long thin strios and pulling or scrape it up holding scraper at a low angle so you will minimize the gouging that will transpire. Hard work good luck.
phone lowes or home depot they should be able to report to you what to use
WD-40 will dissolve some glues used surrounded by mobile home manufacturing. I'm not sure roughly speaking the type they use on the carpet, but you might try it and see what happen.
Check at your local home improvement store for a citrus base solvent. These are great for flooring mastics.
Very unusual to put glue down mat on a wood substrate, or in a residential application. Is nearby no pad? Perhaps it is glue down in a corner due to a repair. Glue-down is generally removed with a floor scraper, but that would verbs into the wood. Try pulling up in other areas to see if it is adjectives glued down, if it is, some areas may own not adhered as resourcefully as the corner you tried.
