How to press a rose?

do i have to put it surrounded by wax paper first?


Answers:    You can't press a rose. It is too gummy.
i would try regular craft paper(paper bags from the grocery store will work in recent times the same). put in a book or between some wood and put a bunch of mass on top of it to offer it a good squeeze. permit it stay there for a daylight or two. Check it to see if it has achieve the desired affect. if not, agree to it set a couple of days more with some auxiliary weight added.
