Turn off the power to the dishwasher at your breaker of fuse box. Go to your dishwasher and try to turn it on to verify that the power is off.
On the bottom front of the dishwasher there is a removable panel, typically black in color and is attached with 2 or 4 - 1/4" hex head screws. Remove this to access the junction box which is typically on the bottom right front side of the dishwasher.
If you have a 2-screw type of connector, you just remove the screws. This connector will also thread into the back of the dishwasher's junction box. If the connector is round and gray in color, it just snaps into the junction box. Since the water lines and drain is disconnected, you should be able to turn the dishwasher on it's side to access this connector.
