If you placong to PVC pipes together you should have a locking system beside a washer ring. The washer ring is plastic and has a "V" cut on the outside. You filch the locking system and V ring and place in onto on expiration on the first pipe. Then where the pipe meet the other pipe the ring with mesh next to the other pipe and you tighten down the locking ring.
Or, if there is no passageway of doing this then use PVC bonding agent and glue the two ends together.
Cut the PVC,(PolyVinylChloride), pipe since the 'collar', and after it so you have two verbs ends, with a hacksaw. Deburr the two ends beside a knife on the edges, and a swipe next to some fine sandpaper won't hurt either! Clean the ends subsidise about an inch on both pipe ends near PVC pipe cleaner,(comes in a utensils that has cleaner, primer, and glue), next use the purple primer, do the same. Do this to the collar on both sides. Put gum on each pipe conclude, swabbing it around, and inside the collar. Put the collar on one pipe end, furnish it half a verbs on the pipe, push the other pipe in the collar, and hold them together for something like 60 seconds. Wait 20 minutes at tiniest before you turn the marine on, and if this goes to the shower, or drinking sea, run it for a few minutes to flush.
