I'll try! First mark out the corners,and check with a string line for square. Dig the post holes at the corners and fill with concrete ( you can place the post in the crete or on top after it drys) Now on the side of the house under your door ( within 1") clear all siding as long as your desired deck size. Nail a 2x10 against the wall that is 3" shorter than deck size. Now nail another 2x10 from the sides of the first to your post ( you can double these up if you want or if code requires) Now nail a 2x10 connecting these two parallel of the first. Now find the center of your deck on the front and back, mark out every 16" and nail a 2x10 on these marks. Going horizontally across the 2x10's run your deck boards. They should be around 3/4 of an inch thick. If you are doing railings cut your post 32"-34" up from the deck boards. To make it easier you can buy pre-made rails at most home stores, but to me it sounds as though you wasn't. Oh buy the way that should be it stain or water seal and enjoy.
