Did you let the laminate "cure" for a week to adjust to the humidity and temp in your house first? That could be the cause.

Particle board flooring should be outlawed...
Particle board will absorb moisture from under the house
and give you problems..
I replaced the entire floor in my entire house an pulled out every
piece of particle board I could get my hands on...
Never buy a house with particle board flooring..
well in the first place whoever built you house shouldve used ply wood what caused you floor to do that is the change of temperture and your foundation is setling if the job is done right you will never have that problem again go ahead and get it repaired
Wood expands and contracts a lot during the course of a year. If you don't leave enough room around the edges it will buckle when it runs out of room.
Our wood floor has a couple of inches space between the floor and the wall (hidden beneath the trim). You should find out how much space you need exactly and fix it, or it will just get worse.
High humidity could be a cause, or a difference in temprature between living room and space below. When layed properly, subfloor sheets should have 1/8" gaps between each sheet. This allows for normal expansion.
I believe the issue is with the laminate, not the subfloor. (If it is hte subfloor, it is definitely moisture).
When installing laminate flooring by floating it (not nailing or glueing but just letting it sit there) you need to make sure that it can move as it expands and contracts. So you need 1/2 " gap all the way around the room, and you can't attach it at any points by nailing glueing, etc.
If it can't expand outward, than it will buckle up.
