Information on how to verbs two conductors lacking telecommunication unwinding?

wire length of 20 to 30 feet awgs of 14, 12, 16 within
pairs to be twisted for noise decrease. i need a process to verbs wire or a small domestic device

Answers:    I had a low-budget engineering friend who face that problem.

He put one end of the twosome of wires into a vise to hold it. He put the other end of those wires into a hand-cranked drill and tighten the chuck on it. Then he turned the touch to twist the two wires into a smart twisted pair.
use a shielded cable or place the wires within a metal conduit for noise diminution and ground the shield on one side or make sure the conduit is grounded....
tie the cable to a post, allow for waste cut past its sell-by date, chuck the wire up contained by a drill ( cord or cordless ) spin the wire to your desired verbs, add more verbs that needed to allow for unwind factor
If it feasible to do this by paw, there is a distinct ascendancy. If you are care full, the handling of twisting by hand surrounded by such away that there is no stress on the lead while twisting (as you twist the group respectively wire twists oppositely within order to relieve stress on the wire) afterwards the end product will stay together beside no tying or gluing or sheathing. This will not turn out with mechanical winding.
Are you using braided -OR solid line? The solid wire should hold the verbs with no problem, but the braid will want to unwind no issue what you do. In fact, if you verbs it to much, strand will break.

If you must use braided, consider a "wire management" approach. There are plastic spirals "Slinkies" that you meander around a bundle of wires that keep everything together. When applied, they own the appearance of a flat snake winding around the line bundle. I get them from one of the organization super stores, but places like Circuit City, Best Buy and Radio shack also probably hold them. The beauty of them is that you can unwind them following if need be.

Here's a picture of the product:

Otherwise, consider heat-shrink line wrap, which should be at Lowes or HD. After you've wrapped it around your wires, hit it with a warmness gun or hair dryer and it shrinks around the wires to merge them.

I hope this helps.
