How do you dye "dry verbs only" fabric?

i just bought a bench from ikea, and HAD to get the white cover. this will be dirty 2.5 minutes after its adjectives set up, so id similar to to dye it. RIT brand dyes say not to use on dry verbs only fabric, what happens if i do? also, do dry cleaners dye fabric? ive never used one...

Answers: look for a cool water fiber reactive dye, or you could consult a dry cleaner for advice/recommendations
