What is this institution supply call?

i can't seem to remember the describe for this supply
it's a like a sticker but it's a circle and in that is a hole in the middle.
you use it on the wrinkled papers for when the holes on the side rip and you stick it on the holes to fix the rip.

there are approaching white ones, colored ones.
does anyone know the name of it?


Answers:    it's a quality newspaper reinforcement. you can also get them surrounded by clear plastic, which last longer than the quality newspaper ones
