Track Lighting installation?
Answers: If you hold any experience hanging fixtures you should be capable of do this.
1 fan and two pallid tracks may be too much for the circuit. I'd think you'll own to run wiremold at least. find an estimate and an idea of what THEY would enjoy to do before you meet it.
You say it's an apartment, so you'll enjoy to check first with the hotelier to see if he'll let you bust a couple of holes within the ceiling to run wiring (which you'll call for to do with track lighting). Adding two sets of track lights and a follower in adjectives likelyhood will NOT be too much of a load for the circuit. Original electrical installations are made knowing that general public will probably add secondary fixtures over the years, so the circuit your existing light contained by the middle of the ceiling is on should easily know how to handle a couple of more lighting fixtures. If the ends of the ceiling that you want the track lights to be on are parallel to the joist above, the job will be pretty natural (assuming there is no insulation contained by the ceiling). If you want independent control of each of the fixtures, consequently things get harder. I'd furnish you the steps to do this job given different scenario but the more I think in the order of it, the more I feel you're probably too stupid to complete it. So nevermind. Live near the single bulb in the middle of your room.
