What program is the best for fixing pic's that are green, or too small??

I have adobe.. can't seem to get it to work.. Have creating keepsakes, not enough to fix photo's..

Adobe Photoshop, or Corel Paint Shop Pro.But they both take some effort to master, and photos can't always be saved.

For free I suggest Gimp, and Picassa

Most photo programs will work fine but I think you want an easy and free one. try picasa. If that one doesn't work for you go to hp.com and download the image maker software.
