i hold had well brought-up luck cutting issue acrylic sheet 1/4 thick near a table saw. use a 60 tooth thin kerf blade. if you seize melting at the cut later use a blade with more teeth. if you get hold of chipping at the cut use a blade with smaller number teeth.
